Here is a massive list of websites for those of us teaching English in Korea. They are chock-full of activities, lesson plans, power point presentations, games, worksheets and everything else.

Akinator: Online program that guesses the name of someone you are thinking of.

Armored Penguin: Easy to use puzzle generator.

A-Z Teacher Stuff: Find what you need to teach your classes.

BBC: Different lesson plans for teachers.

Boggles World ESL: Handouts and flash cards

CBC Digital Archives: A resource that could be invaluable for those of you in foreign language schools. The lessons found here can be used for advanced learners, and asks for critical thinking.

Conversation Questions: Great for advanced students. I used these questions to provoke interesting discussions in all my advanced hagwon classes.

EFL/ESL Lessons and Lesson Plans:  Same folks as above.

Enchanted Learning: Kiddie educational games.

English Banana: A million different activities. My hagwon students always liked the name.

ESL Galaxy: Lesson plans, activites, etc etc.

ESL Printables: Worksheets

ESOL Courses: Free online English lessons.

Free Language Stuff: Word lists, work sheets, homework assignments.

Khan Academy: For advanced learners. They can practice their English while doing other subjects.

Learning English: Brought to you by the British Council.

– Mes English: For teachers with young students.

National Geographic Kids: A great resource with a variety of stuff to incorporate into lessons.

Prezi: If you’re tired of PowerPoint, then it’s time for Prezi.

Primary Games: Games for young learners.

Puzzle Maker: Make and use puzzles.

TLS Books: Worksheets and other stuff.

The Traveller IQ Challenge: Online Geography games.

Vocab Maker: Make worksheets.

Waygook.org: Pretty much the go-to place for new teachers. You will find complete lessons and activities. Really helpful if you’re teaching in a public school. All lessons can be edited and made to fit your particular class.
